Your adventure starts when we pick you up from your accommodation and drive up to the iconic Byron Bay lighthouse. Be blown away by the 360 degree panoramic views over the Pacific Ocean and mountain landscape, and get up close to the iconic Byron Bay lighthouse. Between May and October, whales can be spotted on their annual migration and this is one of the best vantage points to soak up this majestic sight. Then, it’s off to The Farm, a beautiful set up farm located just on the outskirts of Byron Bay. From there we drive to the mystical Crystal Castle. Here you can marvel at the massive natural crystals on show, get lost in a garden labyrinth, take a gentle walk, touch the World Peace stupa or just enjoy a coffee and soak up the hushed tranquillity of this amazing place.
The Zen quality of the crystals will put you in the perfect frame of mind for a drive through the beautiful Byron hinterland to our next destination, the historic and delightful town of Bangalow. Here you will have a delicious lunch. The old world charm of the architecture belies the chic shopping, eateries and galleries that are on offer, not to mention the beautiful and historic pub. Unique, Bangalow is a beautiful village to stroll through and maybe pick up that special keepsake or gift including everything from vintage clothing, home wares, glamorous designer boutiques and an authentic French patisserie. From Bangalow we head back to Byron Bay, where we drop you off with plenty of time to have a late afternoon swim or surf. You will have the sensation of having been away for a week, full of new sights, smells and experiences!

After hearing a bit about our story, your guide will take you on a walk through our regenerated subtropical rainforest where you will become well acquainted with the native ingredients used in our gin. After that, we will come back up to the distillery for an extended, guided tasting while learning all about the art of distillation. After the tour, groups are more than welcome to hang out on the balcony and enjoy a drink or a DIY grazing platter overlooking the rainforest. To finish on a high note, all of our attendees will receive a 10% discount on Brookie's purchases in the cellar door following their tour! Please keep in mind that a portion of this tour takes place walking through our regenerated rainforest, so please wear something comfortable to walk in. For most people, our half-day option is perfect, while we also offer a full-day option for those who can’t get enough of a good thing. Starting first with a welcome beer, in a small intimate group we then sit down to chat through the history of beer, the Stone & Wood story, and take an in-depth look at the ingredients that go into beer. The group is then guided through the brewery as we discuss the brewing process and when possible, taste beers at different stages directly from the tank.
